I personally think that getting a new job is a great achievement but starting your own business is something else completely all together. These two achievements aren't at all equally appreciated or celebrated. I feel like a new business venture only receives the love its owed once its blown up then all of a sudden everyone is supporting and respecting it for the most part. In reality a new business venture needs all the this support from the very beginning as starting is the hardest thing to do. This then needs to further be reinforced and reiterated throughout the businesses journey as it doesn't get easier by any means.
So my question is does it really be like that?
