Hey folks whats happening ,hows everything, whats going on .I actually had a band practice for the first time in over a year over the weekend what with this Covid.Talk about ring rust .I'v been spending most of the time playing Keyboards @ my studio during the lockdown i hardly played Bass.But it was real good to actually get together with other Musicians in a band situation again especially seeing my Drumming buddy Renanto again ,keeping it tight as ever.I'll have to admit i had become a bit jaded about being in a band situation again what with the politics and the egos and the usual crap where they just waste my time ,i was quite happy just to do Remote Studio Sessions and compose the odd track for another artist which i am still doing ,but i'll admit i did kind of miss playing in a band so i'm in the process of being in 2 bands both with my Drummer .The first one is a Rock thing with this Guitarist ,the practice i had over the weekend .His names Jody and its all original material .His playing kind of reminds me of Pink Floyd in terms of his sound.The other band will be a Jazz/Funk/Fusion/Instrumental type of thing with some of my originals and covers.That will be a Trio Bass Drums ,& Keyboards.Need to find the right Keyboard Player with the right mind set as myself and my Drummer thats very important .So if there are any Keyboard players out there that are into the Jazz/Funk/Fusion/Instrumental thing give me a shout either on my website or via e-mail .
