Interesting read but I feel that more often than not, someone like him comes out not knowing that there are people in the community that are doing what he's trying to do. He mentions a few names, which is great, but he needs to also research organisations. It's not one man's job to bring representation into the National Curriculum.. Wish him all the best in his quest of becoming a Head.
