A black woman on Borehamwood high street was arrested by about 6 police officers after she tried to get a refund in a jewellery store. The store owner claimed this woman "looked like she had drugs" when she came in for a refund. The police pinned her down on the floor with all her legs and body exposed. She’s a nurse for the NHS.
