1. Would you want this racist perpetrator working in diverse organisations when he is released from prison?
2. Would the fact he was convicted for crimes related to racism be disclosed to his future employers or would his DBS just state i.e "convicted of a Public Order" without further details on the actual crime committed?
3. If you are not a racist person that holds racially biased negative views against other races and cultures, why would the idea of implementing a Race Offenders Register offend you?
