Andrew Holness Prime Minister of Jamaica what he has to say about the Coronavirus

I like that the Prime Minister of Jamaica is underlining that any corona virus vaccine that is proposed to be used there will and be available if they have concluded that it is safe. In addition, it will be offered on a voluntary not compulsory basis. This appears to differ radically with the position offered by the UK government which appears to be moving on the basis of using a vaccine that hasn't gone through all the usual checks and sign offs to establish that it is safe and may be provided to uk citizens more on a compulsory basis.
