The Slave Trade of Blacks Stolen Out of Africa and This Captivity

I am writing to you in behalf of descendants of Slaves whose forebears suffered atrocious and brutal hardships at the hands of Colonial America and the US Government. Our forebears were kidnapped from the shores of Africa in yokes and chains and endured a painful voyage cramped in slave ships for weeks during the Trans-Atlantic Triangular Slave Route. Then for centuries and for generations Slaves were beaten unmercifully to fulfill ever-changing quotas, and if they were not met, they were beaten until blood ran down their legs. This is documented in his book “The Half Has Never Been Told” by Edward Baptist. It is also written in his book that when the Slaves would pray to GOD to save them, they were beaten for that, as well. President Biden and Speaker Nancy Pelosi seem to think that they need evidence of this insane and barbaric treatment of Black Slaves in the Slave Trade before considering REPARATIONS.
There are scores of books on enslavement for President Biden and Speaker Pelosi to study in an effort to learn how inhumane our forefathers were treated from merciless beatings to rape, to maiming, to separating parents from their children to separating wives from their husbands. And there are literally thousands of documents on the injustices done to Slaves, even by government officials, George Washington being one of them. To say that REPARATIONS needs to be studied is just more discrimination against descendants of Slaves to deny us our rights. Our forefathers were not just Slaves in the fields, but they were violated and terrorized on a daily basis. The afflictions of those who experienced the Slave Trade cannot be imagined, though thousands of stories by Slaves even have been told. What exactly do Speaker Pelosi, President Biden, and other Whites in Congress mean when they speak about “Studying Slavery”. Surely they can obtain an understanding of enslavement given that America grew wealthy from the blood, sweat, and tears of defenseless Slaves.
The Black Plight did not diminish, for after Slavery descendants of Slaves were subject to Black Codes, Jim Crow Laws, and racism, and unto this day discrimination is only known to Black Peoples forced to abide in the countries that took us captives. We have been voting since 1870 but to no avail. We are forced to live in Ghettoes, in that working at the poverty level and the minimum wages dictate where one must live. The inferior schools in these areas inhibit adequate educations and thus students drop out year-after-year contributing to their low paying jobs requiring them to live in rundown, and unsafe urban areas where the CIA has put drugs and left cars loaded with guns hoping to further Black-on-Black Crime and death. If that’s not enough, President Biden has introduced a $30 million grant program, which is for “A Free Crack Pipes Kit for Blacks Plan”.
Thus, we now suffer another form of enslavement; it is without yokes and chains, but it is still a captivity of racial discrimination that suppresses descendants of Slaves and inhibits self-determination and prosperity for our progeny and for us even more. Some of us very much wish to leave out of America that keeps us in depressive limbo without serving JUSTICE in matters of the Slave Trade or police brutality. We have written to every member of the US Supreme Court regarding our Human Right to FREEDOM, and not one Justice acknowledged receipt or addressed our letters.
Blacks did not ask to be brought to the US. It was the Slave Trade that forcibly brought us to these shores, and now a small Remnant of us choose to pursue our FREEDOM and HUMAN RIGHT to EXODUS with REPARATIONS in order that we may resettle elsewhere.
The race hatred against descendants of Slaves has only gotten worse. Police brutality is rampant against men, women, and children. Police officers will even knock Black male and female teenagers to the ground, handcuff an eight-year old, shot to kill without asking questions, and take our children to jail when a White children never have to suffer this vile treatment and humiliation. The Internet, Facebook, and YouTube are replete with thousands of cases of discrimination against Blacks. One would have thought that matter would have improved after Police Officer Derek Chauvin murdered George Floyd on International television by crushing his neck with his knee. Actually, the police departments across the country have only gotten worse, and instead of the government establishing an independent agency to investigate police brutality, the maltreatment of Blacks continues on a daily basis.
The Black Dilemma today is as horrendous and deadly as that of the Palestinians, however we have no representation or voice in the US Congress. Blacks vote and put other Blacks in office, but they invariably act in behalf of the policies posed by other White Congressmen. There are no policies to benefit descendants of Slaves, and we have no voice or representation in Congress.
We have written to the Presidents of these United States, and only one responded. George W. Bush sent us his picture, and that was it. Barack Obama did not respond at all and would not mention “African-American” his entire first term. When Whites asked why, only then did the Black President Barack Obama say something so profound that it made descendants of Slaves know that they had made a mistake putting him in office. Shocking the Black Community, President Obama said, “I am not President for African Americans”. He never uttered or suggested this outlook while campaigning for president. He led descendants of Slaves to believe that he would make a “Change” for the better for Blacks. And he actually made “Change” the motto for his campaign. Nevertheless, he did nothing for us, and of a truth he cut programs for the poor – not to mention that the impoverished cannot afford his Affordable HealthCare Act better known as “Obama Care”.
Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, has said she supports a “Bill to study Reparation”, and that was in February 1019. To date there is yet any movement on her words. However, President Biden’s Administration wasted no time paying out thousands to victims of Anti-Gay Discrimination, without establishing any study whatsoever. During his campaign, Biden said on national television when addressing Migrants, “We owe them”. He is yet to say that America owes descendants of Slaves for the free labor and all the wealthy they acquired off the blood, sweat and tears of Slaves. We have no reason to believe that they will address our concerns for our lives and for our children’s future. We want to enjoy a pursuit of FREEDOM and Happiness, but since the time Black Slaves were brought to this land and other lands our lives have been filled with suffering, affliction, great oppression, mourning, and endless despair.
To be clear, it behooves Amnesty International to please understand and know that we are descended from the Biblical Israelites and can easily prove our true identity. What better source to use to prove our true nationality than the WORD of GOD of Israel written in the Hebrew Scriptures (the “Old Testament”).
Our Black History starts with Abraham, whom the CREATOR Chose for the Patriarch of HIS People, the Children of Israel. Abraham was very much a Black Man. His father and he are descended from Hamites. GOD called Abram, whose name HE changed to Abraham, from out of Ur of the Chaldees (Genesis 15:7) – Ancient Babylon. As we all know, Noah's son, Ham, was Black. That which people do not know is that Ham populated "Africa" or rather what the Hebrew Scriptures call "Land of Ham" (Psalm 105:27), Egypt, Canaan, Assyria, and Babylon. Hence, Abraham and his Seed are a Black People and are far removed from being Ashkenazim (Genesis 10:2-3).

As it is written, GOD of Israel scattered our forefathers from HIS Land for their disobedience and for forsaking HIM for other gods (Deuteronomy 4:24-27). Upon becoming Slaves, ENSLAVERS gave them a false god to worship, which many descendants of Slaves still worship unto this day (Deuteronomy 4:28). Nevertheless, OUR GOD of Israel has said that if we will return to HIM and obey HIS WAYS of Righteousness that HE will turn our captivity, have compassion on us, and gather us from all the nations (Deuteronomy 30:1-6; Zephaniah 3:19,20) wherein the Slave Trade carried us.
In that OUR GOD has shown us our true identity, now we seek to return back to HIM and EXODUS but not move back to our homeland at the moment. For the time being we would like to live in another country, which we will be delighted to share with you.
“I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.” Jeremiah 29:11 – 14
“Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.” Jeremiah 31:10
“Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame. At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.” Zephaniah 3:19,20
It is incumbent upon Black Hebrews to make right our destiny, which is to return to OUR GOD of Israel. HE caused this curse upon us after our forefathers forsook HIM for other gods. Nevertheless, HE also said that HE would DELIVER us a SECOND TIME (Isaiah 11:11,12) just as HE SAVED the Children of Israel out of Egyptian Bondage. However, this time it will be from all the places we were scattered during the Slave Trade.
Justice would entail every Slave Nation donating to a REPARATIONS FUND in order that descendants of Slaves who choose to resettle elsewhere may do so with each country facilitating this emigration.
It is our hope that Amnesty International will address America's Savagery against their Slaves, as well as descendants of Slaves just as you have addressed Apartheid Iraeli's heinous acts against the Palestinians.
