Lower rates on mortgages and loans for the Black Community
Goal: To use our collective spending power to negotiate better deals on financial products and services such as mortgages, loans, insurance etc for our community.
Here's how it will work:
When the number of people in the group reaches the critical mass mark of 10,000 members, we will appoint reputable financial and legal experts from the Black community to negotiate better interest rates and favourable terms with banks and financial institutions on behalf of us all. With that much spending power, the banks will have to listen to us.
Once negotiations have begun, the group will be updated at least once a week. Once negotiations have been completed, all group members will have a chance to review and vote on all available options. The bank/financial institution's offering with the most votes is the one we will collectively opt to do business with on new/existing mortgages, loans, etc.
