IDENT2020: #the21
Pleased, privileged and proud to have been able to spread the #blacklove this month, with the second annual IDENT festival.
Last year, we took over Warwick Arts Centre for the day to celebrate the beauty and breadth of the Black Experience.
This year, we took to YouTube and we’re just as unapologetic and unadulterated in our Blackness and just as fierce and fantastic in our talent.
The entire festival was free; we used Arts Council England & Coventry UK City of Culture 2021 funding to promote the event and to pay EVERY SINGLE artist! (just like last year! ✊??)
We’re already planning next year’s event, so watch this space and send positive vibes!
